Assessment Exercise

Prior to interview you will be expected to complete an assessment exercise. The sample ranking exercise (PDF, 89Kb)will give you an idea of the sort of exercise you will be expected to carry out. There are no right or wrong answers.

This will provide an opportunity for you to understand some of the challenges of being a Justice of the Peace. Both the assessment and interview are designed so you can demonstrate the range of personal qualities you would bring to the role of Justice of the Peace.
